Warranty Policy – DIR-CPO-4857

Centre Technologies warrants that its services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with applicable service documentation. In the event of a breach of this warranty, Centre will, as its sole obligation, correct the non-conforming services or, if unable to do so within a commercially reasonable time, allow the customer to terminate the affected services and receive a refund of any prepaid fees for those services.

Centre does not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, and service level targets are goals rather than guarantees.

Any third-party products or services are warranted solely by the respective third-party provider, and Centre makes no independent warranties regarding such items.

Except as expressly stated above, all services are provided without additional warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
